Holy Myrrhbearers Church

Holy Myrrhbearers Chapel is an outreach of St. Herman Orthodox Church in Minneapolis, MN.Prior to 2000, St. Cloud was home to a number of Orthodox Christians who had become accustomed to driving to the Twin Cities or Duluth in order to worship.  In 2000 a priest from St. Mary’s Cathedral in Minneapolis began driving to St. Cloud to conduct Lenten services in a local family’s home and to begin dialogue on founding a community in St. Cloud.  By April 2001 a small group of the faithful, with a bles...
