Christ the Saviour Church

The Orthodox Christian Church of Christ the Saviour, San Francisco California is a growing, warm and welcoming parish situated in the Richmond district of San Francisco.  The parish has a mix of young to middle-aged adults, seniors, and children.  Most parishioners are of Slavic heritage, but there are some Anglo-Saxon members as well.In 1952 Archbishop John (Shahovskoy) moved to a newly acquired house at 2040 Anza St from the overcrowded parish house next to Holy Trinity Cathedral.  A house chu...
